Edit: Service after the sale: I called a couple weeks ago and spoke with Mike to cancel my gap policy as I no longer need it. He said he would get back to me and he has not. I had a feeling this would happen. I know they make money on this. Too bad Mike didn’t know I’m in the market for another vehicle and he just blew a sale! I’ll be buying my Wrangler elsewhere!

Me and my son came by today after being notified 15 minutes prior to arrival that the car we were interested in was still available. Once we arrived we were told the car sold 2-3 hours ago. No apology was given. Not to mention we drove 40 minutes from jacksonville. The customer service was very professional.

DISAPPOINTING - AFTER SALE FOLLOW UP I purchased a car on February 20th and never received any updates about my license plates. Each time I contacted my sales rep, Josh, I was told to “be patient” due to DMV delays—even as my temporary plates were about to expire. After my plates expired (and while recovering from surgery), I called the DMV myself and learned they had already sent my plates to the dealership on March 20th. When I told Josh, he only then checked another location and found them—something that should have been done weeks earlier. I was told the plates would be overnighted on 4/27, but they weren’t actually shipped until 4/30, after I followed up again. This lack of honesty, communication, and accountability was extremely frustrating. It felt like once the sale was complete, customer service disappeared. Very unprofessional. Sending a shoutout to Charlie for taking my complaint, and hearing me out. I’m not saying don’t patron here because I can only speak on my experience. Everything was great until the sales was made 🙂
