I bought a used Jeep two weeks ago and was very impressed with the sale and the salesman and finance manager. I’ve only had the car two weeks and the battery died. He listened understood what I was trying to relay, and was able to help me find the appropriate items within my price range and it felt like they truly cared about me just like I was a family member. I recently did the legwork for my daughter’s newer used car purchase. I live 5 1/2 hours away so couldn’t see or test drive the car beforehand. We mostly dealt with Drew who was very responsive to questions and transparent with his answers. Everyone else we dealt with (Sarah, Chris, Andre) were kind, courteous and helpful. None were pushy. When we arrived for the test drive, everything was as we had hoped and the transaction was seamless! Thanks Riverside!

I really appreciate everyones patience and kindness, especially with my kiddos. I also appreciate how both the sales consultant and financial planner we worked with made buying a car a breeze. We also really liked the little welcome package in the glove box! Explanation of warranty and payments was thorough and easy to understand, which we really appreciate since this is the first time we've financed a car.
