Just picked up our Jeep today from these wonderful people! We live an hour away and when we first contacted riverside, they immediately went to work for us. They allowed us to e-sign everything online and hold the car for us until the bank was approved (bank needed more for my income). I recently did the legwork for my daughter’s newer used car purchase. I live 5 1/2 hours away so couldn’t see or test drive the car beforehand. We mostly dealt with Drew who was very responsive to questions and transparent with his answers. Everyone else we dealt with (Sarah, Chris, Andre) were kind, courteous and helpful. None were pushy. I really appreciate everyones patience and kindness, especially with my kiddos. I also appreciate how both the sales consultant and financial planner we worked with made buying a car a breeze. We also really liked the little welcome package in the glove box!
